Baron Power was sued by an USA based company for illegally occupying the later's premise situated at Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Instronic Estate, Chennai. The estate is next to Tidel Park which houses world's biggest IT Service Providers like TCS, Verizon, CA, Satyam, iNautix and etc... It is promoted by TIDCO, an agency from Government of Tamil Nadu . Such a man power intensive area is in threat from potentially explosive capacitors stored inside the Baron occupied premises.
Baron Power's Managing Director Arunagiri & his wife Amudha Arun are known for their rude behavioral attitude towards government officials & governing legal system. There are few lawsuits filed against them and the company in Chennai Police and as well as in Chennai High Court.
